Examined manual Peripheral smears for differential counts, reticulocytes counts, leukemia cells, and sickle cells, Body fluids cell count with a hemocytometer and microscope differential. Urinalysis, HbA1C levels, HB electrophoresis. Spun Hematocrit using micro capillary centrifuge. Coagulation: PT/INR , PTT, Hypercoaguable panels , fibrinogen, and D-dimer. Microscopy: Identity iron deficiency, B-12 deficiency, thalassemia, folic acid deficiency, G6PD deficiency anemia and malarial parasite counts.2. ChemistrySkilled at quantitative and qualitative measurement of general chemistry analytes. Utilized automated analyzer for Biosystem BA200. Hepatic function ( ALT, AST ) , lipid panel, thyroid function, and kidney function test. Performed blood gas analysis. Obtained enzyme levels including CPK, CK, Tnl, TnT.3. PhlebotomyCollect Blood Specimen form Hospitalized and ICU Patients of all ages. Transport and Handle Specimen using accurate collection criteria based on volume, Stability and diagnostic criteria.4.
