• Lion was forming the green field systems and processing to streamline business units and group financial planning and reporting. Project Oscar was formed (in tune of 45 mil AUD).• This multi-million$ program was to align corporate finance/planning business process and reporting across the Lion group. The program manifested in multiple projects of planning solution using Hyperion Planning, financial consolidation using Hyperion Financial Management, and CPR/GFR reporting using brand new Lion Data Warehouse. • Business engaged Accenture to work on future state business processes and to formalise the business requirements. One of the sub project named Zeus was created to implement Lion Finance Data Warehouse with the aim of 3 second reporting. • As a part of project Zeus there was one project manager, one BA, 2 lead architects and designer, and 8 developers. I was one of the lead architect and designer and was leading team of 4 developers. • Lion Data Warehouse (LDW) built on standalone implementation of SAP HANA in-memory database sourcing the data from various source systems like MDM (CIM), Siebel, MFG Pro, SAP ECC, Oracle DRM, Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Financial Management with history migration from source systems and existing EDW.
