Worked as the Company Secretary of Morarjee Textiles Limited with ASHOK PIRAMAL GROUP, a diversified group having interest in realty, textiles, recreation, engineering, etc. The Work profile includes reporting to the General Manager - Group Legal & Company Secretary on the overall secretarial compliances of 2 listed Companies namely Peninsula Land Limited and Morarjee Textiles Limited and around 90 private and public closely held companies.

Worked as an Assistant Company Secretary with Bright Brothers Limited, a BSE Listed Company and reporting to the Company Secretary and Manager - Finance. While working with Bright Brothers Limited, I was independently in-charge of the Secretarial Department, taking care of the compliances relating to the Companies Act, Listing Agreement and SEBI Regulations. Among routine assignments, I was involved in Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares, Re-appointment of Managing Director and Whole Time Director of the Company.I was also involved in the legal matters and coordinated with the lawyers on the legal cases of the Company.

During my training with Reliance Industries Limited, I got myself accustomed with the high profile Corporate Sector and also got an opportunity to improve my communication skills. In my association as Management Trainee, I alongwith other 2 team members were handling 250 group Companies and was also involved in preparing the Secretarial Calendar for Reliance Industries Limited comprising of compliances relating to Companies Act, 1956, Listing Agreements, Secretarial Standards, SEBI Regulations, etc.
