Responsibilities:• Develop and manage three different internal company websites. One as company profile website, and two other as e-commerce website with two different type of merchandise and customer segmentation.• Do some research and analyze through customer user experience and bring those result to build the best design and work flow for company website.• Making a collaboration with 3pt ecommerce both market place and retail online platform to increase brand awareness and market share for office furniture product with brand HighPoint• Analyze data or insight to make strategies both in internal website and 3pt ecommerce about product assortment, promo activity and exposure.• Making a forecast for revenue and expense budget in online div department, including monthly target revenue in specific category and weekly expense for online Ads.• Making a strategy to develop HighPoint Social Media Channel

Responsibilities:• Lead and manage new channel div in HighPoint group called 'Inwork' Modern Retail Store which is focusing in office supplies and lifestyle products• Manage daily retail activity such as brief to store leader, analyze store performance based on sales and stock review by day, • Create and analyze yearly plan for budgeting and sales target• Making analyze profit and loss report monthly and yearly, and do some action plan for several points which is not meet the target plan• Analyze and review merchandise category and item. Including mix margin, price and promotional activity• Do vendor search in domestic area to fulfill retail assortment• Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility
