With over 40 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, I am currently an Executive Director at Singhi Capital Finance, a leading non-banking financial company that provides customized solutions to corporates and individuals. I am also an Independent Director of three companies, namely HPL Electric & Power Ltd, ISF Ltd, and Ajivika Finance Ltd, where I oversee their governance, compliance, and risk management. Additionally, I serve as a Non-Executive Director of Innovace Advisors Pvt Ltd, a boutique advisory firm that specializes in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and restructuring. As a certified Independent Director, Forensic Auditor, and Multi-Currency Lender, I have a strong expertise in financial analysis, corporate finance, and business process. I have successfully headed the European Credit Desk of State Bank of India, Frankfurt, Germany, from 2006 to 2011, where I managed a portfolio of over 500 million euros across various industries and countries. I am also a Nominee Director of Climate Risk & Financial Council, USA, and CSO Global Inc. USA, two organizations that are dedicated to promoting sustainable and inclusive finance and development.
