Responsible for the full cycle of the Recruitment process.• Sourcing resumes through various channels like Employee Referral, searching through job sites, advertisements, personal networks, etc.• Successful track record in technical recruitment• Maintaining accurate data and documentation relating to all candidates &clients.• Negotiating salary package and counseling the candidate.• Use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals- Dice Monster, CareerBuilder, Internet Sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and directmailing & resume.• Ensuring timely feedback from candidates and clients to complete the selection procedure.• Negotiating and finalizing salary / rate/ hr. aspects (W2, Corp- Corp) with U.S Citizens, H1B. etc.• Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions.

• Handling end-to-end recruitment starting from requisition, sourcing the candidates, short-listing, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and final placement• Experience in Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD, TN Permit, and H1B consultants as per the client’s requirement for various projects on W2, 1099 or Corp-to-Corp basis Assist with the interview scheduling process by gathering the candidate’s availability and confirming the interview date, time and location.• Following up with the manager regarding the submission, interview, and onboarding process.
