Packaging applications for zero touch deployment using Windows Installer. Using Hyper-V to have virtual machine to test our applications as it will run at site in future without having actual server procured during Software development phase. Oracle DBA: Working as Oracle DBA to manage DB Server which provides DB Services during development of Level2 Solutions which needs oracle Database for Data Storage. Working as TFS Administrator.Providing Support for OPC Client Design and Developement for Level1 Interface.

Stepped in at the moment of crisis in solving different types of problems at Coke Plant Battery 8&9 of TATA STEEL. Played a key role in implementation of Coke Plant Level-2 , especially, in the area of OPC. Highlihted the limitation of Motorola's OPC Server in number of concurrent connection which can be established. Customized OPC software for handling Pyrometer data at a fixed scan rate. Implementation of Steel Shop tracking for LD#2 of TATA STEEL and played a major role in software design and development.

Developed Quality Data Acquision Module ,Trending Tool for varios process parameter of Electrolytic Cleaning Line of Cold Rolling Mill.Designed and Developed Level2 System for Continuous Galvenizing Line 1 to replace Black Box System provided by ABB.Design and Development of Level1 Interface using DDE/OPC Communication Protocol. Design & Development of Process Software using Oracle with VB6/.net 2003/.2005. Redesign of Level2 applications ,interfacing with Level1 PLC to reduce downtime of ECL. Provided support as System administrator as well as Oracle DBA for CGL1,CGL2 and ECL Level2 Systems. Upgraded OS and Database of CGL2 Level2 Server.Upgradation of OS from windows NT to Windows 2003 Server and Oracle DB from 9i to 10g of ECL Level2 System. Nov 1998 to Apr 2000Developed Applications for Level1 level2 communication for IOSYS Module of RM & FM Level2 System at HSM just after joining the company. During Testing of the system, I have done coding alone in spite of new to the System. I have made IOSYS stable enough and after leaving the group for CGL2 Development No modification was required during my absence.This $3.7 million project was carried out in Hot Strip Mill of Tata Steel by Automation Division in collaboration with Hoogovens Technical Services (Holland) aimed to increase the production of hot coils to 2.0 millions ton from 1.2 million ton.Iosys Module communicates with Tracking, RM, FM and ROT Modules via Mailbox Communication and using Global Sections. Whenever a setup must be downloaded to Level1, respective module writes setup in their predefined Global Section and sends mail to Iosys module. After receiving a message in IOS_MBX Iosys reads the value from Global Section and download it to Level1 VXI Points. This module also logs online parameters for RM & FM Adaptation.May 2000 to Feb 2002DB Design and System Design with Help of Alstom.Study of Whole System with Interface design for communication between Level2 Server and Level1 HPC ,PLCs at one side and communication with other systems using DB Link at other side.Developmed of Level2 HMI.Involvement in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation activities of Level 2 system with all functionality.From Design Stage to commissioning Stage of CGL#2 Level2 ,I was the only member from AUTOMATION,TATA STEEL.I had been doing many continuous enhancement in Level2 System to take care of new requirements of Customers like Hold Analysis, Delay Analysis etc. during post implementation period.
