This part of the jobs allows me to be creative and reflects my ability to analyse and deal with data/numbers. People skills and communication is at the forefront of this.• Sending through live subtitles demands quick thinking and extreme attention to detail. Part of a team that commits to 99% accuracy. Also forced me to quickly learn how to use entirely new software, Dragon and QLive. I had to become proficient in BSS, the software used by mulitple teams throughout the business, that allowed us to assign programmes, ensure the right viewer codes were attached to said programmes, create the schedules, and more.A great company to work for, where you know that your work has impactful results.
