1. I led the software implementation team to deliver all new capabilities across the STORM platform.2. Technically aware and worked on many software (web and desk top based) implementations. Train engineers on implementation of different types of software released by applications team. This covers training new engineers on SQL scripting, investigating faults with sql/php/config files, best practise to implement changes to production environment and requesting changes3. Release and deployment planning and management to all change requests from all management teams 4. Work very closely with stakeholders and understanding the business needs for various type of changes and delivering them to the live environment with minimum risk to the client. 5. Working with various changes throughout the change transition with all IT teams. 6. Establishing and maintaining a governance framework for changes requested to be introduced to the live platform. 7. Review and analyse proposed changes to the IT platform by ensuring the impacts of the change to the clients are fully understood, documented and approved as appropriate.8. Lead Change Advisory Board meetings.

- Configure new partition on the STORM cloud platform by working very closely with the customer and project management team to ensure customer configuration are correctly setup. This covers back-end changes to the production environment.- Raising various change request to change management such as SQL, Config, Networking and hardware changes depending on customer specification request.- Investigating and resolving issues by looking into SQL /php/config files.- Producing test schedules, and carrying out testing of services- Working to strict deadlines to provision services to clients - Setting up and ensuring the accuracy of rates and charges - Assisting with the monthly bill run - Maintaining billing server infrastructure - Configuring new hardware to be sent to clients - Managing client details with the emergency services - Maintaining number ranges - Activating number ports with carriers at specified times - Act as liaison with Order Management team

On daily basis, I use the Citrix Reciever program to update client’s profiles regarding their personal details and changes to investment strategies complying with data protection principles. Also, on behalf of banks and building societies I ensure that correct commissions are entered onto a system and allocated to the clients meeting deadlines.
