1. I led the software implementation team to deliver all new capabilities across the STORM platform.2. Technically aware and worked on many software (web and desk top based) implementations. Train engineers on implementation of different types of software released by applications team. This covers training new engineers on SQL scripting, investigating faults with sql/php/config files, best practise to implement changes to production environment and requesting changes3. Work very closely with stakeholders and understanding the business needs for various type of changes and delivering them to the live environment with minimum risk to the client. 5. Review and analyse proposed changes to the IT platform by ensuring the impacts of the change to the clients are fully understood, documented and approved as appropriate.8. - Configure new partition on the STORM cloud platform by working very closely with the customer and project management team to ensure customer configuration are correctly setup. On daily basis, I use the Citrix Reciever program to update client’s profiles regarding their personal details and changes to investment strategies complying with data protection principles. Also, on behalf of banks and building societies I ensure that correct commissions are entered onto a system and allocated to the clients meeting deadlines.
