TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited is where I apply my HR skills as a Human Resources Trainee. I contribute to the employee engagement, performance management, and recruiting functions of the organization, working with a diverse and talented team of HR professionals, who support me in my learning and development.I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources and Finance from Sathyabama University, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in HR practices, policies, and strategies. I also have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from University of Madras. Additionally, I have participated in multiple honors and camps, such as the Santosh Trophy and the PIFA camp, that demonstrate my passion, discipline, and dedication for football and teamwork. I am looking for a HR Generalist role that will allow me to apply my HR skills, as well as my enthusiasm and determination, to a challenging and rewarding environment.
