He brings over 20 years of experience with prestigious financial institutions and top management consulting firms and startups.Previously, Hari served as Principal for ISS Market Intelligence where he built trusting relationships, delivered actionable market insights and provided astute guidance to senior leaders. Prior to that, Hari served clients in an advisory capacity in roles with Deloitte Consulting and SS&C. Earlier in his career, Hari worked for a number of technology startups where he held roles in business development, customer service, HR and recruiting.At Ridgeway, Hari has successfully worked with clients to recruit senior leadership professionals at the C-suite, finance, distribution, business intelligence and marketing verticals. His clients include traditional asset managers, wealth management firms, and alternative platforms.Hari has been invited to speak at select industry events (IMEA, SME Forum among others) to bring insights on talent strategy, recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce, and compensation trends.Hari earned a BS from Binghamton University, as well as a diploma in theater from Drama Studio London.
