Assist in preparing training plans and reviewing training materials for the team.✓ Establish objectives and set priorities for direct reportees. Assess the performance of direct reportees and ensure they have meaningful on boarding, individual development plans (IDPs), and development actions.✓ Conducting periodic review with the team on service delivery issues & keeping track of the critical projects & deliverables.✓ Solid understanding of ITIL process framework {Incident Management, Change Management, Request Fulfilment and Problem Management}.✓ Responsible for meeting SLA timelines for all the issues and bug fixes of Minor, Major and Critical types.✓ Identify / Escalation any risks or issues and recommending solutions to the management.✓ Effort Estimation for Operational task, Task assignment & Project Plan Preparation.
