Responsible person for New & variant projects of KAIZEN Tools, RANE MADRAS LIMITED & ROBERT BOSCH . Advantage of having exposure to Assembly of ATM machines parts in NCR CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED and Assembly of breaks in WABCO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Requirement study, Statement of Understanding Modelling & Drawing Creation for product to confirm our scope of work. Modelling and detailing for casting, Sheet metal for manufacturing, and released in system. Quality check as per customer specifications on the design and detailing works which includes checking for modelling methodology, assembly of components, dimension adequacy, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing method, bill of material & drawing standards.
