*Daily accounting of Vendor bills such as Utilities / Rent / Telephone/Statutory /contractors etc and making payments.• Preparing BRS Statements of India & USA entity.• Preparation of Cash Flow Statements.• Depositing of customer (AR) Cheques.• Preparing payment approval list of Vendor outstanding and sending for approval.• Procuring Forex to employees and accounting of settlements.• Handling Petty cash and co-ordination to Admin department for such imprest cash requirements.• Liasoning with bank Foreign Currency conversion from EEFC A/c to INR A/c.• Making payments to employees towards reimbursements, full & final Settlementsincluding disbursement of salaries and consultant payments after due approvals.• Maintaining all Vendor & Customer agreements and follow up on renewals. • Preparing Vendor and customer reconciliation statements.• Follow up of billing inputs, Customer invoice raising and its accounting.• Follow up of client dues including receivables accounting.• Preparation of AP and AR aging analysis report.• Handling company credit cards including accounting and payments.
