JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain time line for all major project orders. Form CFT comprising personals from all functions for the execution of major projects. Monitor the process flow of projects and update it to the top management. Support sales team in technical discussion with customers. Interact with customer’s design team and close all technical points. Initiate feasibility check for all non-standard products and components. Identification and interaction with vendors for development of new product accessories. Co-ordinating with manufacturing team to execute the major project orders. Study of major enquiry and providing optimized solutions. Development of new jigs, fixtures and tooling for major project order. Process elimination or optimization of existing components. Prepare PPAP, APQP, QAP for the new project orders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  Ensuring OTD against weekly schedule. Follow First Time Right principles and procedures for the routine work. Assigning duties for the manufacturing personnel.  Capacity planning for machines. Reviews and implements engineering change notices as appropriate. Updates manufacturing documents like SoP’s including assembly manuals. Supervise all functions including inventory control, WIP control. Troubleshoots production problems and assures that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained. Developing alternate tooling’s for better output and cost effective. Execution of plan to achieve the day wise target. Weekly review on GAP analysis (Plan vs Actual). Learn and develop skills which result in new ideas and approaches for productivity improvement.
