Hseq Coordinator
CurrentSCOPE OF WORK Implementing a HSE management system that is compliant with ISO 45001:2018 and Monitoring HSE performance in all levels of the organization Attending client meetings and addressing client HSE issues Conducting multiple site HSE inspections, training, committee meetings, risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency response exercises, internal HSE audits and performance reviews Maintain HSE documentation, reports and presentations; including corrective and preventive action closeouts Reporting to the HSE manager daily and coordinating the implementation of HSE initiatives, and any other work assignments deemed necessary by the HSE dept Monitors and maintains an HSE Management system that meets the relevant legislative requirements and is integrated into the business process (in conjunction with the Quality Coordinator). Ensure compliance with industry targets for Serious Injury Frequency Rate (SIFR) and Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR). Advising on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and occupational diseases. Preparing, introducing, and monitoring of concepts, rules and regulations, governing HSE and fire protection. HSE plans for projects, educate, motivate and train staff and workers in HSE aspects & Carries out Risk Assessment, Safety inspections and assist to prepare JSA Preparing preventive measures to avoid the hazards identified in the project & dealing with clients, consultants and government authorities on HSE-related matters. Selection and procurement of personal protective equipment/safety equipment. Prepare a report of unsafe acts, unsafe conditions & Environmental Impact. Preparing Monthly HSE performance reports. Incident Investigation. Conducting Quarterly Internal HSE audits.
