Automate daily tasks/generate reports, templates, etc., by leveraging AI tools.Continually explore various tools/methods to include in Sourcing/Candidate Engagement/Data Cross-Mapping to be on top of the game.If I'm not doing any of the above, I usually:Contribute by building databases using web scraping, and watching webinars related to HR communities.
