- HR Compliance: support on ensuring that the organization is compliant with all prescribed government regulations such as S&E Act, Factories Act, ESIC, and PF etc.
- New Registration of Shops & Establishments, PT, PF ESIC,LWF, etc.
- PF and ESIC challan generation and Payment.
- Employee grievance handling.
- Periodic Return Filings: ensuring the filing of regular reports and returns in the respective Govt Dept offices required under the S&E Act, Factories Act, ESIC, PF etc.
- Renewal of statutory licenses: keeping track of validity period of license dates and liaising with the internal stakeholders, external legal consultants’ renewal of license.
