As a principal enterprise software program manager for a large healthcare company, I’m responsible for liaising with the business and the software development teams to deliver mission critical applications. From requirement gathering & analysis, solution architecture, development management to software delivery and review, I’m involved through the complete SDLC. Following both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, I have been leading a team of programmers to deliver project components at a brisk pace, exceeding stakeholder expectations. From global resource allocation and rewards to secure multi-device data transfer customer satisfaction scoring, I was involved with developing may enterprise-grade products for Microsoft. Was also one of the lead Accessibility Program Managers for various applications developed at Microsoft.

As an Application Integration Consultant, was involved with helping the design and technology teams to efficiently develop and integrate products and applications. Played a key role in assisting the design team understand and internalize the concepts of user experience and application usability.

Architected and developed a robust ERP application within three years, built on the Oracle platform. The application integrated various business functions and also the different business units of the enterprise. Developed single-handedly through regular interactions with the management, the ERP was successfully implemented across 7 client sites. Informed decision support aside, the application has been designed to eliminate data redundancy typical in a retail business.
