Preparation of Revenue Report - Sales Analysis (Branch wise, Product wise, Sales Man wise & Margin) to to CFO on daily basis.Monitoring Margin based on market & competitors products and recommendation to the management for price increase to improve the margin.Preparation competitor’s analysis based on their financials and recommendation on various area like sales structure, expense ratios, inventory level, etcAudit Handlings.Co ordinating with Statutory auditor for timely completion of audit.Co ordinating with the team for the preparation of audit schedules and submitting the same with the auditor.Responsible for Month end entries Prepaid, Provisions, Salary etcPeriodical closer of books of accounts.Reviewing and Circulating pending entries, ensuring relevant provisions for the month has been provided and completion of accounts in all respects.Preparation of MIS reports & presenting before head finance.Purchase Order, Credit note & Debit Note approvals.Preparation of annual Budget and presenting to the managementPreparation of Sales Reporting, product margin analysis, Inventory reports.Preparation of P&L and balance sheet on monthly basis to present board.Variance analysis reports.Cashflow projections.Budget vs Actuals based on Business Outlook projections.Board Pack presentations on quarterly basis.Co ordinating for GST Returns & Assessments.Verification & Maintenance of GL.Reviewing Book keeping and providing recommendations.Handling Directors profiles, information and the company master records.Verification and maintenance of agreement for renewal of yearly contracts and agreement with the service providers.(AMCs, Insurance and Rental).Yearly renewal of FD and loan against Deposits.Dealing with banks for Process development and system improvement on functional areas.
