Identify, screen, and match qualified candidates to specific job orders.

Types of Recruitment handling: Permanent Placement: Placing the candidate on a Permanent basis, where he/she will be a direct employee of the client. Contract to Hire:Placing a candidate on contract to hire basis, where the candidate will be in the pay rolls of SixSigma initially for a period of 6 months to 1 yr after which depending on their performance they will be hired as a direct employee by the client.This also involves • Salary negotiation and salary fixation,• Document verification and• Background verification
