Sourcing of profiles, Short listing of profiles based on requirement and skill set (i.e) Sourcing & screening of Candidates as per the clients’ requirement in various job portals like timesjobs.com, monsterindia.com, naukri.com, clickjobs.com and various groups.6. Identify, screen, and match qualified candidates to specific job orders.

Types of Recruitment handling: Permanent Placement: Placing the candidate on a Permanent basis, where he/she will be a direct employee of the client. Contract to Hire:Placing a candidate on contract to hire basis, where the candidate will be in the pay rolls of SixSigma initially for a period of 6 months to 1 yr after which depending on their performance they will be hired as a direct employee by the client.This also involves • Salary negotiation and salary fixation,• Document verification and• Background verification
