It's been a great ride. Still is, just different. An enjoyable and learning-filled 3+ decades of "crazily" diverse professional experiences. None of which would have been successful without ... well, she knows.Post the Rosetta acquisition in 2011, it's been about family first, and a few (a very select few!) interesting professional efforts, and select board memberships. All intended to (a) continue to engage in creative problem solving, (b) focus on moving from “admiring the problem” to creating impact, (c) adding to my own learning via new experiences, and finally, importantly, (d) mentoring.

FounderMc Llc 2012 - PresentPrinceton, Nj And Santa Barbara, CaServe on Advisory or Board of Directors of public and private organizations, from $100+ Million to the Fortune 100, for an intentionally diverse set of CEOs/Presidents as a business advisor/thought partner on issues of growth strategy, operational execution, and business development. Have led or played multiple roles in ~$2.0 Billion of public & private equity transactions.Key Learning: For a CEO, it all comes down to People, Culture, and Clarity. Identifying, mentoring and "setting free" exceptional, differentiation-seeking leadership talent, maintaining an obsessive execution culture, and ensuring clarity of leadership communication are the SOLE 3 differentiators. You OWN the three and you WIN, or you don't and you don't! (Granted, it takes many other things to get those three right but, ultimately, it's those 3 that matter.)
