As functional head of the finance and commercial functions, I report to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors and am overall responsible: - For all financial aspects of the company’s operations, including financial controls, meeting the financing requirements for working capital and capital expenditures, book keeping & taxation, short term and long term investments. - To control cost, manage financial and foreign exchange risk and maintain adequate financial liquidity. - To ensure financial statutory compliance at all times. - To prepare a consolidated annual operating plan of the company along with periodic capital & revenue budgets. - To prepare and report quarterly and annual financial performance of the company along with financial presentations to the Board of Directors - To interact with statutory auditors for audit of periodic financial statements along with tax returns of the company - Risk assessment and management of all contracts & other commercial activities with customers, vendors, joint venture partners and other third parties. This includes preparation and negotiation of joint venture agreements, consortium agreements, subcontract agreements, customer contracts etc.

International Taxation Managing international taxation of the company and its subsidiaries in six countries Contracts Administration Pre-award and post-award contracts administration of projects that included preparation of contractual correspondences, review of claims, participation in arbitration proceedings and contractual negotiations with customers and other third parties.
