• Managing major 3PL partner and ensuring their performance and other SLAs• Driving overall performance matrix which includes In-transit, RAD, FASR, RASR, overall conversion and SLA by Ensuring on time pickups and deliveries as per desired TAT with top industry partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Ekart, Shadowfax etc.• Daily /Weekly review with all the 3PL Clusters/ Regional heads across India for the performance improvement• Managing Serviceability expansion basis on performance by adding /removing pin code. .• Managing all forward and reverse pick-ups query/Complain/Escalations.• Managing the load allocation based on performance by SCA.• Implementation of new projects to improve the performance.Reverse warehouse operation:-• Managed Daily end to end Return Warehouse operations Activity from Stock Receiving to Dispatch, Like Inventory Planning & Control, Inward, Putaway, Picking, Process, Dispatches and Returns inventory Management• Headed team size of 35 people to achieve the on time process and improve the customer experience.• Implementation of QAAS and prepare the rules for door step qc to reduce the cost and improve the customer experience.• New Process Planning and Implementation as per the management requirement and improvising the existing report accordingly.• Implementation of RMS for the faster and quick processing of shipments.• Identify gaps in existing process, RCA for the gap and presenting gap to concern team with RCA.• Tech related operational issues handling in coordination with Tech Team.• Improvising the courier allocation process for better performance by adding new rules to the existing allocation system
