On tech & product - As a founding member, I got the opportunity to build Togai from scratch. I predominantly contributed in product development and engineering, heavily influencing the tech architecture and tech choices of the core billing product. I helped build a scalable and flexible billing product while managing the nuances and complexities involved. Later, I moved towards architecting a generic integrations and marketplace platform for Togai, which enabled developers and finance teams to build apps on top of Togais' billing platform to meet our customers' complex billing automation needs.Beyond engineering - I played critical role in customer acquisitions for Togai, from showing initial demos to fully onboarding all range of customers (from startups to soon to be unicorns). I helped simplifying, solutioning and automating these customers' complex billing requirements using Togais' capabilities. Additionally, contributed to product planning, feature dev, and milestone setting etc.

On tech - I worked in multiple teams ranging from backend to frontend. I built some critical backend distributed systems software for AWS, Alexa organisations and at some other point, I also built front-end heavy Kindle apps.Beyond tech - I steered my teams and influenced partner teams in simplifying and solving complex tech problems. And on the people side, I was mentoring, guiding, interviewing and ensuring my teams' growth.
