• Processing the payroll for 2 clients around for 6500 employees through SAP.• Preparation of reconciliation report like IT0008, IT0014, IT0015 and other statutory recon like Income tax, PF, ESI etc...• Updating leave status, Compensatory off, absentee reports, late punch reports in SAP• Calculation of Leave Encashment.• Responsible for monthly and quarterly reports such as head counts, salary increase reports.• Responsible to payroll related queries.• Deductions / loss of pay, And Pay roll advice for LOP etc., reports are sent weekly and Monthly basis• New employees CTC data Preparation and uploading the CTC Amounts for all employees in SAP.• Responsible for preparation of Full & Final settlements data to finance team.• Process various personal actions like Hiring, Transfer, Organization reassignment, promotions and separations. • Uploading employee Master data through templates by using various T .Codes and Info types and using control record for changing the payroll status as well Payroll periods• Verification and updating of investment proofs of the employees.• Submission of all kind of reimbursements like Telephone, Welfare, General reimbursements on monthly basis to Finance team for processing.• Preparation of all incentives data for Payroll processing.• Ensures payroll is processed on time and accurately as per the SLA• Coordination with bank executives for Opening for Bank accounts and updating of account numbers in the SAP.• Validations and confirmations of Master data and salary register for all employees in Payroll time.• Handling the Payroll queries through Payroll Help desk.• Look after the statutory compliances..ESI EPF (F&F Claims)PT TDS
