Responsibilities:- SAP ECC 5.0 implementation- Responsible in applying SAP support package- Responsible in upgrading the SAP kernel- Responsible in SAP database patches- Maintain SAP Profile parameter- Maintain SAP operation mode- Responsible in SAP client creation, modification, and client copy process- Maintain the SAP database backup - Maintain the SAP database log archive backup- Maintain the TSM database backup- Maintain the AIX operating system which SAP installed- Maintain the AIX OS backup via mksysb and backupvg- Maintain the reorg process within database- Maintain the SAP tablespace, including monitoring of tablespace usage and creating an additional container for resolving tablespace problem- Maintain the SAP printer output device and managing the spool- Maintain SAP users creation, changes, and deletion.- Maintain the profile generation and roles for users- Monitoring the ABAP runtime error- Responsible for generating SAP audit measurement system via USMM- Install and configure saprouter- Maintain RFC connection- Install and configure SAP Solution Manager (Solman)- Maintain the Windows server 2003 system in which Solman installed- Prepare the Early Watch Alert from Solman- Managing the disk usage in AIX and Windows server- Managing the error report in AIX and windows server- Install and configure TSM in AIX for SAP backup- Maintain the SAN storage system (IBM DS4700) for SAP- Maintain the NAS storage system (Netapp Fas 2020) for file server and AD- Responsible in SAP system copy from SAP production to QAS to refresh the QAS- Design, implement, and monitor the SAP Disaster Recovery System using backup restore method in TSM- Maintain the IBM DB2 database- Maintain the SAP transport system in SAP Development, SAP QAS, and SAP Production system- Responsible in communicate with IBM dispatcher in case of errors in IBM hardware related with SAP (p-series, SAN switch, storage, tape drive)
