Production Engineer
CurrentEssential Duties and Responsibilities (Jindal Stainless Itd.)• Looking all activities in SMS related with production and refractory management.• Production Shift In charge in steel melting shop taking care of entire production andquality.To monitoring EAF process of melting, tapping & casting of heat as per planning.• Ensuring the proper heat making in Stainless steel making through EAF-AOD-LRF-CCM Route.• Active involvement in design of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production processes.• Studying and improving the manufacturing processes for improving product quality.• Analyze production abnormalities and formulate effective corrective action plans.• Preparing KPI, TPM & 5S updating & distribution of Progress Reports (Monthly, Weekly, and Daily.)• Identifying the areas of obstructions, breakdowns and taking steps to without affecting the production.• Co-ordination with different department of SMS.
