Current Profile:  Review of Commercial aspects of Bid Proposal: Preparation of Commercial Reports, T&C Analysis including Contractual entitlements, Critical Inputs, Commercial Deviations and Cost Capture for major tenders of DBO/EPC Projects to support the proposal and sales team to thoroughly understand the commercial aspects, risks and avail preferential benefits during the submission of bid proposal.  Cost-effective Port & Customs clearance: Handling all Import and Export Consignments of Group Companies and arrange safe delivery of imported material at various project sites with single point responsibility for cargo tracking, port and customs clearance of import and export consignments within stipulated time, effective Co-ordination with shipping agencies, freight forwarders, clearing agents and other external agencies to negotiate best rates to ensure shipments are brought in and delivered at project sites at most competitive cost to company. IDPMS: Reporting to the Banks under Import Data Processing and Monitoring System. Cost-effective fulfilments of project insurance requirements: Overall responsibility for all insurance related issues for man and materials for “Driplex project business” and Co-ordinate with insurer/ surveyors for timely settlement of all insurance claims,  Contract Management: Commercial management of the awarded contracts to determine Contractual entitlements, Bank Securities & Liabilities, Price Variations formula etc. Contractual risk assessment: Support to Legal team to access the contractual risks and variation monitoring due to delayed execution of the contracts. Provide sound commercial and contractual advice to project teams to achieve work progress at site and resolve the queries of the client based on contractual provisions.  Liaison with NSIC, EEPC, DIC and M/o MSME to avail preference benefits to SME units. Fulfilled all other distinctive assignment as may be directed by the management from time to time

 Liaison with DGFT (HQ) & the regional offices to avail benefits of export promotion schemes e.g., Duty Drawback, Advance Authorization, Invalidation of the EPCG licence etc., Overall responsibility for total operation of Import-Export & Customs: Co-ordination with Government Officials, C&F Agents, Banks & Insurance, Freight Forwarders and Shipping line etc., and Supervision the progress of shipment, port clearance and ensure delivery of goods within the stipulated time. Establishment of Letter of Credit and Forex transactions with Overseas Suppliers, To arrange bank guarantees and contract securities from banks as per contractual requirements, Liaison with NSIC, EEPC, Scheduled Banks, and MSME to avail preference benefits to SME units, Handling all insurance for man and materials for “Driplex entities” with single point responsibility, To Co-ordinate with insurance companies/ surveyors for timely settlement of all insurance claims, Assist the Managing Director, for commercial and tax strategy for bid proposals and contract execution.

∅ Inventory Management, Handling of Physical stock – receipt and issuance on daily basis. ∅ Order booking with overseas suppliers and follow-up with them for deliveries on time.∅ Interaction with shipping line/forwarders/ airfreight agent/transporter/insurance co(s). to negotiate best rates to ensure shipments are brought in & sent out at most competitive freight rates and in time.∅ Planning and Budgeting for Inventory Movement to all branch offices and helped in sales promotion.∅ Bank Documentation for remittance of foreign exchange against import of Goods and services,∅ Payment Planning to Creditors and cleared the clearance & freight bill according to quotations finalized,∅ Manage the company's relationships with external agencies like Shipping lines, Forwarders, Logistics Companies, CHA, Suppliers, Insurance companies and banks so that the company gets preferential treatment,∅ Manage after-sales-servicing with quickly response to all quires related to replacement of mandatory spares, availability of service staff, reconciliation of payments and inventory solution etc. ∅ Filing of service-tax return for availing all input credits for total group companies.

∅ Age-wise analysis of Inventory statements and reconciliation between Head Office and Branch Offices.∅ Sales Accounting, records of statutory forms, periodical return of excise and de-facing of input CENVAT ∅ Maintain record of excisable goods in RG_23 Register and Verify the expenses statement, transporter bills. ∅ Assist to Material manager to handle the inward/outward inventories.

∅ Furnishing monthly MIS and Financial reports comprising of detailed cost analysis, pertaining to reconciliation, analysis and scrutiny of current liabilities, loans & advances, personal expenses, administrative and other expenses to manage compliance of financial pack such as BS and P&L account∅ Submitting periodically financial reports like Cash Flows/ Funds Flow/ Turnover Reports/ Monthly Order Review/ Classification of area wise Sales, age-wise analysis of receivables and payables for facilitating business performance review and future action plan and budgeting.∅ Interaction & Co-ordination with auditors for statutory requirements, audit and taxation related queries.∅ Handling Payroll accounting like E.P.F., E.F.P., E.S.I., T.D.S., superannuation, ex-gratia and gratuity etc.

All type of accounting features like Book-keeping of all payables/receivables, Trading analyses, Profitability Statement, Payroll, Budgeting & Cost analysis, Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors and Bank OCC account; other accounting activities like Expenditure statements, TDS Certificates etc. to ensure that accounts are accurately maintained.

Successfully conducted with assistance to my senior professionals in inspection and internal audits of various Limited Companies and Nationalized banks such as SBI; PNB; PSB; Bank of India etc.Actively engaged in taxation work for companies and individual ; filing of Working capital projection reports; preparing records of Share transactions like Script Register; Delivery Notes, apply for new public issues etc.
