-Sourcing & screening profiles basis the understanding of role and requirements through Naukri.com/ posting in LinkedIn. -Vendor Management – opening requirements to vendors for niche skills and continuously following up with them until the closure. -Coordinating & connecting with vendor on daily basis on alignment of interviews and building pipeline for the requirement. -Coordinating end to end process of hiring i.e. taking panel availability & scheduling interviews for screen select profiles. -Processing the formalities for final select candidate in system and POC of the candidate till joining. Helping candidate on onboarding and induction process. -Maintaining multiple trackers and keeping it updated throughout and also publishing weekly joiner pipeline for the clusters. -Presenting the updates and status of progress in a call with business.-Keeping a track of ‘to be joined’ candidates and do a confirmation calling to understand their status.
