Focused on growing Frontline usage in Teams. We have built capabilities like Shifts and Walkie Talkie in Teams. On the messaging front we have custom tags which are also auto created to help address groups of employees. Another significant area of focus is adding support for helping customers deploy their Teams structure. Besides this we are working closely with our partners in Viva and Planner to provide the full Frontline story in Teams
