a) Understand the application technology, architecture and its workload model from the Client/Project team.b) Involvement in all the testing phases like test strategy, test plan, test scripts, test scenarios, monitoring and reporting.c) Leading and Co-ordinate with the offshore team members to make best deliverables.d) Troubleshooting on the scripting and scenario designing phases for the team members.e) Designing and developing test procedures and cases based on requirements.f) Performing Load Testing, Stress Testing, Endurance Testing and High availability Testing for Web Based Applications.g) Generating Scripts, Test Execution and Analysis using Customer preferred tool based on Business Requirements and Functional Specification.h) Monitoring results from the respective team (UNIX, JVM & DB) will be collected and analyzed with the load test result.i) Identifying & analyzing customer’s requirements by maintaining active & comprehensive conversation.j) Coordinating with developers for categorization & reporting bugs in structure/ functionality of application and resolution of the same.k) Generate interim performance test reports and results for analysisl) Presenting demo to the Clients on the test reports and the challenges faced during the phases.
