• Facilitate the recruitment process across all business lines and source candidates through proven recruitment channels such as: LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, Dice etc.
• Screen candidates to better assess qualifications and ascertain personality characteristics, communication skills, and work ethic.
• Ensure regular communication with client teams to track submitted candidate progress in the process
