Health and safety briefingto the team.· Procurement and planning for mechanical equipment.· Scope of works and Commercial work order from the project team.· Progress and planning meeting co-ordination with other services contractors and client.· Supervise and manage a work force arrangement to the site. Oversee and manage the supervisors /contractors delivering the physical installation.· Identify variations of scope of works with design team and cost estimation.· Worked with Planning Engineers providing them with working breakdown structure· Cost associated with each level of WBS, helping them to sequence work with PERT duration to findProject's Critical path and total float.· Inspection test plan and snags.· Asset Commissioning and Hand documentation.· Ensure project budgets / deadlines / specifications are met and liaison with both QS of the project teamand company's own.
