The purpose of the project is to send offers/cash back / congratulatory SMS to eligible customers based on several criteria such as Late Fee/ Annual fee waiver reversal, Loan instalment completion, credit card transaction on the eligible merchants, Recurring payment, and Cash back offers on purchase.
