Supervisor Lean Manufacturing Final Assembly Line And Delivery Center
Current- Established lean manufacturing deployment plan- Provide and perform lean manufacturing training, including lean concept and standards- Analyze production data for KPI implementation- Collect and analyze production data and coordinate related function to define Current and Future Value Stream Mapping (VSM).- Identify tactical improvement plan (TIP) to achieve Future VSM, and then assess & monitor implementation of improvement activity.- Implement Performance Tracker & SQCDP meeting on the shop floor, and then assess & monitor its implementation.- Implement Practical Problem Solving (PPS) on the shop floor, and then assess & monitor its implementation.- Implement Tracking Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and then assess & monitor its implementation.- Analyze evolution of SQCDP indicator, Tracking OEE & TPM, and then propose improvement activity.- Implement Knowledge Area, and then assess & monitor its implementation.- Initiate and coordinate 5S and Shop Floor Revolution.- Initiate and develop Process Confirmation implementation- Initiate and coordinate tooling, part and auxiliary material supply implementation
