Accredited as an outcome-focused professional, I have broad expertise in supporting employees in various HR-related policies and programs including benefits, attendance, payroll, leave policies, etc. Major chunk of my career revolved around enhancing HR procedures to cater to better employee services, monitoring TAT to complete service delivery, and making use of bestHR practices in the organization.In my present association at Amazon Development Center, my primary role includes managing Pay & Data Services including payroll processing, adjustments, deductions and employee record changes, leave of absence, payroll status updates, partnering and working weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports to ensure each employee is being paid correctly including hourly and salaried employees.My major highlights have included improving customer satisfaction and maintaining 100% quality score on the process with zero escalations while converting from FTC to FTE. Proactively audit the policy, processes and data related to payroll, leaves and ensure audit readiness. Define, build & measure process SLAs and compliances and reporting thereof to the relevant stakeholders. I am usually regarded for my client-centric methodology, service excellence, corporate value addition, and continuous development of the process & resources; strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients, senior management professionals, and staff members.
