 Work closely with Team Lead to develop position and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary/rate, duration, expectations, etc)  Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.  Work with Sourcing Analyst to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role.  Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with employers and candidates.  Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.  Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of Enterprise applicant tracking system.  Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director of Recruiting.  Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Recruiting and Hiring Manager as required.  Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Post positions to appropriate Internet sources. Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment. Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

 Responsible for the maintenance and operations of computer labs. Assist lab users with computer-related issues such as creating user log-on accounts and passwords, trouble-shooting equipment problems and using other lab equipment such as printers and copiers.  With all of this include the operation of the computers and the network supervision of lab equipment and facilities, keeping records of equipment and lab supplies and maintaining the security of the lab.  Assist students in the lab by demonstrating the proper use of the equipment and how to use the hardware and software to finish assignments,  Prepare the computer lab schedule, provide backup of software and perform equipment repairs or arrange for repairs to be completed.
