• Leading the Network Integration and first call setup activities including VoLTE In Verizon, T-Mobile and other service providers across NAM. Third party Hardware Vendor management like Oracle, IBM and HP.• Preparing the production support setup, SLA’s, Customer relationship management and first level contact for the customer on IMS platform solutions • Managing the technical support team for the products HSS, HLR and CSCF Minor Releases • Managing the IMS, HLR product release System verification testing team, Co-coordinating with the development (Tier 3 support) for fixing the release Bugs.• Leading the Major and minor IMS Release deployments and support activities in the lab and production environments • Leading the IMS product release installation and verification testing, Co-coordinating with the development (Tier 3 support) internal teams for fixing the release Bugs.• Working with internal and external team in fixing the technical issues and 24X7 oncall support in the NOC environment • Working with third party Hardware vendors (HP, Oracle, IBM etc), and software vendors (third part products).

• Involved in design, develop and test the Multithread communication using the ACE active objects. • Involved in Mapping the Informix SDK with the SQLAPI to support different databases• Performance optimizations by using connection pooling thread synchronization and thread safe logging and timers• Involved in Planning, Metrics analysis, Defect Management aspects of the project as a module leader
