• Coach Project HSE team leadership in driving safe, compliant and responsible operations through advisement in meeting Saudi Aramco HSE Policies, G.I Standards, Practices and Guidelines, and legal requirements• Lead and manage safe work practices – PTW, reporting, accident investigation, training, inspection • Manage and Identify required HSE training for Hasbah II Project team personnel and provide training resources necessary to meet those requirements.• Oversee HSE self-verification activities for Saudi Aramco compliance with HSE Policy, health and safety essentials of the SA Operating Management System (OMS), Control of Work (CoW), and regulatory requirements• Manage the delivery of HSE goals and HSE reporting in accordance with SA group and Subsea 7 reporting requirements.• Lead and develop an audit Health and Safety procedures/policies • Facilitate Hazard Identification and risk assessments workshops and ensure risks are reduced to ALARP.• Manage Health and Safety committee for all sites and ensure regular weekly and monthly meetings• Influence the health and safety culture, through training and awareness campaigns

• Coach, mentor and support the Spoolbase Manager in all matters pertaining to the HSE of personnel.• Preparation of Project specific HSE related to Emergency Response arrangements are in place for all work locations. Advise on HSE appropriate legislation when required.• Identification of safety critical elements related to the Project works. Co-ordinate the execution of Risk• Analysis, HAZOPs, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessments and/or other technical HSE studies that may be• required and follow-up of resulting actions.• Responsible for carrying out and participating in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) Stage 2 meetings as per Group Procedures to the satisfaction of all concerned.• Generation and issue of HIRA reports and expedite the close out of outstanding items. Ensure that all new HIRAs carried out are included in the HIRA data base and participate in the maintenance of this data base ensuring current information is held.• Ensure that subcontractor’s HSE standards are aligned to the Project procedures and standards and provide assistance for improvement or capture improvement opportunities as may be necessary.• Lead and develop an audit Health and Safety procedures/policies • Lead and manage safe work practices – PTW, reporting, accident investigation, training, inspection • Maintain and analyse statistics and issue monthly safety reports for the Project.• Co-ordinate Project HSE training requirements with the PASS school Manager and the Subsea 7 training department and ensure all Project personnel training needs are met.• Manage Health and Safety committee for all sites and ensure regular weekly and monthly meetings• Influence the health and safety culture, through training and awareness campaigns

• Manage team and Subcontractor HSE Team to provide sufficient resources to manage HSE risks, deliver performance improvement and support HSE staff professional development.• Lead and manage safe work practices – PTW, reporting, accident investigation, training, inspection • Ensure and manage HSE standards, KPI etc. developed for the project are undertaken and recorded accurately• Work closely with management on the development of suitable hazards control interventions• Coordinate project HSE specific activities (Critical lifting, Hammering system and noise level)• Undertake audits of operating procedures such as work permit implementation• Influence and direct supervision on HSE teams

• Manage and conduct HSE handover training to client/ South Oil Company Iraq• Promote a culture that allows and encourages all staff (employee and contractor) • Ensure documented procedures are established, implemented and maintained to control the hazards and environmental aspects associated with company activities in country.• Act as the principal point of contact for all HSE related activities for Project Operations Managers including liaison with client on site in HSE matters.• Initiate, plan, and undertake Risk assessments, and regularly review the Hazard & Effects Register.• Undertake and review JSEA and ensure all appropriate hazards identified from the Hazard & Effects Register are accounted for & controls are defined.• Provide for training and awareness in significant hazards and risks for all staff working on the related project.• Manage safe work practices – PTW, reporting, accident investigation, training, inspection • Implement non-conformance reporting, incident investigation and ensure all HSE corrective actions associated with in-country projects are tracked to closure.

• Preparation, review and maintenance of Project HSE documentation relevant to the scope of work• Prepare the Internal and Client monthly Project HSE Report• Develop and Prepare the HSE Auditing – Monthly Audit and PTW Audit• Work with Project Line Managers on the development of suitable local hazard controls and intervention• Conduct site induction (for Project personnel and visitors) and training sessions• Monitor employee adherence to approved procedures & safe work methods• Attend HSE Committee meetings, Attendance and involvement in HSE Meetings• Conduct workplace inspections, Monitor the Permit to Work System• Participate in the review of Risk Assessments and JSEA’s• Well implemented T-Safe(Safety Tools) Program to capture all site safe data including JSA, Hazard Report, incident investigation which has contributed in addressing corrective action to prevent recurrences of incident

• Medical Officer.• Provide emergency medical services and evacuation• Develop, implement and monitor safety audit programs as instructed by OIM.• Manage the Emergency Management Plan for the project site. • Develop, foster and maintain safety awareness programs within the project site environment.• Provide daily guidance and leadership to the Project site employees in relation to their site responsibilities.• Supervise for Kitchen and Office Inspection, water sample treatment. • First Aid Training and Safety and Health talks for employees
