That endeavour laid the foundation of the company's growth.When I joined the firm officially, [my father had founded it]GTA had a turnover of a few lakhs.As GTAPL's first official CMD on record, I achieved the annual turnover of Rs.6 crores plus starting 2000.When I left the organisation 2009, the turnover had crossed Rs.22 crores and the firm's value went well beyond Rs.60 crores.The period also witnessed my editing Kaamakoti, a Tamil periodical that supported the Kanchi Shankaracharyas despite threats by the demonic cop Prem Kumar.
