Reviewing Requests & Instructions from Investment advisors/client.Additional Responsibilities:Floor Support: - Providing the floor support for the new agents regarding process updates.Review Escalations (Quality checking): - Re-checking the escalating notes for jobs before routing to the client for clarification.
