Sr. Team Lead - Sales
Current- Formulate and implement a strategic sales strategy aimed at broadening our client base and expanding the company’s market presence.
- Confer with prospective clientele and cultivate enduring associations designed to address their specific requirements.
- Recruit sales representatives, Field execs, extablish performance objectives, provide training and guidance, systematically assess their achievements.
- Handling a team of tele callers/marketers and “support on call” staff.
- Identify areas of expertise deficiency within the team and develop comprehensive training plans.
- Ensure attainment of corporate quotas by conducting daily progress assessments and goal setting within the field sales and tele calling teams.
