I had opportunity to associate with those newly formed companies who wanted to establish the market. Agenda being Open up new markets to new products.Awarded with many graduation degrees like BE, MA, MTech, MBA and currently no plans for further degrees because my goals which kept changing is now focused on 1 goal. I wanted to pursue social service oriented jobs, was an engineering college lecturer for many years and finally ended up in sales. My personal style is valuing other perspectives, soft spoken, value all individuals, support each other but never went to the crux of selling. Thought sales is a touring job and pitching products to customer, greatly concentrated on FBA. We learnt sales by looking at catalogues...… My back bone of sales and selling mentality shattered into pieces because of this approach & I got stinkers from respected company owners who trusted my capabilities. I broke up.....finding no way around, I started reading books from global sales coach and trying to understand customer perspectives deeply.... Sales to me is a Noble profession, partnering with customer objectives and provide him insights, be industry knowledge hub, drive towards their goals. No selling I only assist him/her in making right buying decisions. Aspiring to Learn more continuously and passion for sales as a life skill with societal responsibility keeps me motivated to the never ending journey of career growth and self evolution to better future.
