Contribute significantly to the growth and profitability of the company by identifying majorbusiness opportunities, the changing trends in client expectations, market preferences andcompetitor initiatives.• Develop short and medium-term plans, budgets and financial targets for approval.• Produce results as per plans and financial targets through the effective management of the salesteam.• Provide direction to set strategic priorities in line with the company’s mission and identifysuccess determinants to effectively manage the achievement of the set targets• Research and develop strategies to expand the marketing channels to create virtual salescapabilities.• Follows the development of the construction in order to correlate it with the sales process• Negotiate the contracts with various collaborators (real estate agents and agencies, suppliers ofservices, others)• Maintain the relationship with the real estate agents and agencies and assures the informationflow between the two parties

• Execute a call planning strategy aimed at: commercial property agents, 3rd party contacts,local community networking, and developing local partnerships in order to generate newbusiness.• Acquire and develops a portfolio of local key accounts with the clear focus to generaterevenue streams across all products and services in both the local market, as well as acrossthe entire Regus network.• Grow business from existing customers (through referrals) to drive expansions and new salesinto other territories.• Drive high conversion of all products through effectively following the sales process,ultimately resulting in a positive impact to the occupancy and profitability.• Meet or exceed the sales targets/metrics, such as revenue targets, deal volumes, conversionratios and calls/visits.• Report sales activity to target, as per Regus sales process.• Develop a high level of territory knowledge within all the following areas: competition,industry segments, market segments, target companies• Ensure cohesive communication with field team in order to create a seamless transition fromthe sales to the service sides of the business while maximizing profitability.• Orchestrate the business in a manner consistent with company operational standards andbrand promise.

Responsible of the operational performance of the office centre;Maintaining a responsive open-line of communication with the tenants, including handling tenant complaints, operational considerations Maintaining liaison with various city departments on building and safety issues;Coordinating any marketing-related requests with appropriate operational departments;Working with and reporting directly to the company shareholders;Controlling expenses including negotiating contracts, authorizing expenditures;Assisting with the yearly forecast of budget and preparation of the annual budget;Supervising the reconciliation of utility bills, expenses;Undertaking financial analysis of operating costs and expenses to identify cost savings, efficiencies and economies of scale to reduce spending;Being responsible for contract services, including tenders, negotiation, renewals, payments, supervision and termination

Coordination of the project in Victoria Park, Bucharest: fitting out of the space, marketing, sales, administration. Managing the on-site tenant construction / services. Working with tenants, contractors, systems suppliers and city departments to complete fitting out works on schedule and according to approved plans in order to expedite rent commencement dates

Supervise the HR Team: full recruitment processes (publish announcement, CV's screening, assesses candidate’s interview). Maintain relations with employees.
