Hr Expert (Hr Operation Lead)
CurrentKey Responsible :-▪ Responsible for the day to day delivery and administration of core employee job change and life cycle processes for supported areas including on boarding, promotions, transfers, reorganizations, and terminations•Responsible for maintaining and ensuring full compliance of employment files both physical and digital as well as overall record keeping•Responsible for creation and issuance of employee related documentation•Ensure that all HR employee transactions are compliant with internal control guideline, employment law and Global HR process changes•Ensure employee life cycle changes and contract details are accurately captured in Workday and business processes are complete prior to payroll deadline•Participate in projects to improve processes / practices and assist in the implementation of specific HR initiatives•Analyze and interpret business process issues and make recommendations to partners and other Talent Services teams in relation to system updates, program / process improvements•Perform internal audits to determine data anomalies, gaps or incompleteness of records•Oversea employee benefits administration duties such as leading annual open enrollment; routine benefits administration questions/issues; enrollment of new hire benefits; and managing benefit vendors. Coordinate the administration of all benefit programs including medical, dental, life insurance, short and long term disability and flexible spending accounts•Administer various human resources policies and practices; assist in the development of new polices and updates to the employee handbook•Ensure effective partnerships with respective global/corporate functions established, external vendor and maintained•Coordinate smooth payroll and Immigration process
