- Provide application and business analyst consulting services- Identify solutions through understanding client requirements and researching the options available in application.- Deliver Application Education as required- Configure Functional specifications for clients- Develop/update project management documentation- Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner including management and escalation of client issues as appropriate- Maintain and enhance application knowledge by attending formal training, or self-passed Materials.- Implementing Software at client sites- Assist clients with software faults/bugs- Pre-sales support ,Assist with set-up, meeting and management of large demo groups- Travel intra/inter country to assist on projects- Promote a positive, proactive and professional work ethic to customers, partners and staff.
