Current. Preparation of Tender documents for bidding.. Preparation of Request for Information for missing details in project.. Analyzing scope of work. . Preparation of tender enquiry.. Follow up of enquiry. . Preparation of room matrix , calculation of Build up area and take off sheet.. Communing with contractor and clients for information and other details.. Preparation of standard BOQ .. Quantity Take offs - HVAC , Water Supply , Drainage & FireFighting.. Pricing for BOQ.. Preparation of Technical clarification and exclusion for submission of Project. . Liaise with various departments to ensure the costing includes entire elements such as equipment, materials, labor, food and energy consumption, personal wastage, salary, insurances, tax & legislative implications etc. in order to project complete precise and detailed costings of projects.. Validate all costings with relevant departments prior to submission to further ensure the accuracy of projected costings.
