With over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, I am a seasoned professional with expertise in IT management, project planning, server virtualization, and network administration. Currently serving as a Manager at Tata Metaliks Ltd., I actively contribute to the IT Management and Change Management Team.In my current role, I have successfully led projects to convert manual processes into digital processes, resulting in enhanced productivity and reduced human interface. I am responsible for server virtualization, ensuring maximum resource utilization. Additionally, I administer Microsoft products enabling seamless collaboration and efficient workflows.As an active member, I contribute to planning and budgeting for IT Infra upgrades and enhancements. I also host and maintain web applications On-Prem servers for in-house developed applications. Moreover, I have evaluated, purchased, and implemented data backup systems for server backup and restoration, ensuring data security and business continuity.Prior to my current role, I served as a Deputy Manager at Balasore Alloys Ltd., where I was responsible for server & Network Administraion. I successfully implemented managed networks with L2 and L3 switches VLANs, and maintained SD-WAN infrastructure to connect remote offices with the head office through Firewall. I also provided technical support to end users, resolving network, hardware, and application issues.During my tenure at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., as an Assistant Manager, I excelled in maintaining ILL and MPLS links, installing and configuring UTM (Firewall) systems for network security, and administering various communication systems, including EPABX and video conferencing. I played a key role in implementing attendance recording systems and CCTV systems.Throughout my professional journey, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
