SG Fleet provides fleet management and leasing solutions in Australia. I am part of Solution Delivery Team as a Senior Business Analyst in one of the scrum teams delivering solutions for the business.Roles and responsibilities • Work with the business stakeholders, product owners, other team BAs and Solution Delivery Managers to run a Project Discovery and Inception to identify all high-level business requirements for the project, all the business processes, systems and teams that are impacted by the change. Identify the risks and dependencies for the project. Use of MIRO tool to run and capture the findings of the inception.• Break down the high-level requirements into Epics and stories within the epics. Work with the Scrum master to finalise the project plan detailing each phase and when the project will be delivered.• Support the scrum master by running the backlog grooming and refinement sessions. • Liaise with the QA resources to make sure they create the test plan and test cases for project.• Participate in the Backlog review and prioritization so that it can be an input for the Sprint planning session, where we work as a team to finalise the sprint backlog for the upcoming sprint.• Provide clarifications to developers and testers about the project or any of its features.• Conduct the Scrum Ceremonies in the Scrum master’s absence (Planning, Review, Retro, showcases and Stand Ups)• Additionally, I have been assigned the role of Lead, Business Analysis Practice Group for SG Fleet where I work with the SG Fleet BA Community to incorporate Business Analysis Artefact and Templates so that documentation is standardised and in line with leading industry standards while also aligning with the company’s business context.

I was an Agile Business Analyst, part of their product platform team. In the company, I was part of UNISON, which is NAB-MLC’s tailored made, unit pricing system. It uses summarised information from both the unit registry / admin systems and the custodian to strike a daily unit price.
